I miss yoga! My first attempt was actually hot yoga & it was honestly the most relaxed I have ever been! Unfortunately, the classes are pricey! I was able to snag a deal on Groupon then got gypped of another $50 on my card from the hot yoga company! Blah. So now I just practice on my own at home! lol.
