Walking is a very important activity for the 40+ age group because it improves health and makes to develop in to a healthy
fit person, each and everybody in this modern world should keep on eye for
their health, so one of the easy exercise is walking it can do many positive
things for all .It lower the cholesterol as per the advice of doctors those who
have high cholesterol , blood pressure, diabetes, over weight should walk at
least for 30 min every day. Many of them suffering from lack of time for exercise
those people can walk after coming home in their home if there is garden
available in their home or park may be with your friends or family so that you
can have fun them on behalf of jogging walking is easy and you can wear good
shoes and protective clothing which is comfortable for you. Walking in cool
weather is good for health but not in so
cold weather which may affect condition to affect other disease related to
cold. After each round of walking you can cool down a little by walking much
slower for abou one minute this may relaxes your muscles after you have been
using them during your walking period.
Walking is a good and easy exercise that all people should
do and it is very good for your health
